Countless research have shown that learning to play an instrument for a minimum of three years delivers lifelong benefits on the learner and the improvement in brain function surpasses those resulting from other endeavours such as sports or art.

By setting ambitious goals for our Learners, they soon get accustomed to accomplishing feats they didn’t think was possible. They realise they can do hard things and increasingly grow in courage to aim higher.

Learning music is not just about playing something somebody else wrote, but it is also about learning to write your own pieces and songs.  It’s about bringing your unique expression to a familiar tune and making it your own. It’s about thinking outside of the box and saying the same thing in 100 different ways. It’s about painting the soundwaves in technicolour.
